Need Help! Frankenleek going slightly awry!

So after almost a month, I finally got a G10 Leek I was happy with (long story).

Tonight I set about disassembling my Blue Anodized Leek to put the handles on the G10 one. I took the blue one apart first as practice (cheaper of the two, figured it wouldn't be that bad if I FUBARed it). Came apart fairly easily and I got a good sense of the process so I set about tearing down the G10.

The G10 Leek has nutsert embedded into the handles for the screws to grab on to. The Blue one just has threads as normal. Well two of the nutserts are properly embedded meaning I can unscrew them just fine. One screw WILL NOT comes loose, the nutsert just spins around in the G10.

Short of trying to put a very small amount of super glue between the nutsert and the G10 (which I don't know if it will melt the G10 and I'm not sure I can do it without it looking awful) I have NO CLUE how else to get the screw out.

Can anyone please help me!!

Here is the offending Nutsert:

Sometimes when I try and adjust the pivot on my Leek it just spins as well. I get a piece of really tacky tape ( duct tape or similar ) and then press a few layers onto the pivot opposite of the torx. Press as hard as I can and tighten/untighten it. Usually works.

Try some heat on it. Kershaw likes to use lots of thread lock.
All of the knives that I have taken apart have a liberal amount of thread lock.
If nothing else works you can dremel a slot into the pivit screw to make a screwdriver fitting.

I've ran into this issue before as well. You can try heat as Flier said, just don't get the G10 too hot. The slot idea also works, but you'll most likely nick the G10 during the process.

The only way I've been able to get mine out without damaging the other parts is what Steel130 says except I usually use something rubbery. You just need something that has some grip and is just a little bit squishy.

Try using a rubber band, iv heard of others using that before. Gives you lots of traction.

I tried a rubber band (albeit an older one) and it did not work. I tried a piece of duct tape, no luck. I tried using a flathead to press the tape/rubberband down onto the nutsert. Still nothing.

I had my Fiancee hold the flat head while I tried to unscrew it and them I held while she unscrewed and still nothing.

The notch might be the only thing that works. I'm not too concerned about the G10s as they will just go on the the standard Leek. I just want the blue ones on my S30v...
