So guys I already tore the loop on my ebony 110 sheaths when I sat down today. I was looking through the pearl thread and it kinda rekindled my interest in the old style sheaths like this:

NOT MY PICTURE.

So I was wondering in some of your guys piles, bags, closets and what have you if you had a 110 sheath like this you would want to trade for something.

Now mind you I know this is a little unorthodox but what the hell, I like you guys so I figured I'd ask yall first. I know nothing about them beyond a pic of a pamphlet bucklife sent me and that I like em alot. If these are rare or crazy expensive or something crazy I'll take my slap on the hand and go stand in the General forum for awhile. :p:D:p:cool: pm me if u can help

They are pretty cool looking sheaths. I don’t have one for a 110 but do have one for a 112.
Sadly the knife fits so tight I’ve never really used it or had any luck stretching it out.

Damn thanks Jb. I really appreciate it. I can't believe the factory one broke. It came almost all the way undone.

I should have a spare nylon one around as an alternative to JB's.

Side note, can you PM me a pic of the damage? Might be an easy fix.

weird agree, but things sometimes happen.......factory might replace for ya? while ya said ya caught it, I imagine they might consider replacing it for ya just cause. worth an ask.

either way just let me know and I'll send ya the one I got for ya.

I'll have to get it outta my toolbox tomorrow. I took it off when I noticed it hanging loose and funny. It probably would be easy to just restich the existing holes but I hated that thing from jump. It felt plastic. I've only had it about 2 weeks. I'm sure I caught it on something or another stupid move like that.

I’ve been carrying 110’s for a long time. If my sheath gets caught on something it stops me dead in my tracks. Never had one tear loose.

It must be bad stitching. IMHO

I have one I'd part with. Dyed and dusty, but great shape. Don't recall how long I've had it. Mtpokt2011@gmail if interested.

Thank ya very much but I think I jumped the gun last night. I seen something purrrrrdy and without doing research wanted it. I had no idea these were out that long, kinda like having 71 Chevelle dreams on a gremlin budget:D:D:D:D. I think ima contact buck and see what they have to say.

I snag myself all day long so it's a possibility.

No sweat.

Next time though, you should reach out via email before assuming it's a 71 Chevelle. It just might be a Gremlin or even a Chevette, maybe even a VW Beetle. Just sayin'...

Here is mine. On it's back it is stamped 110 Custom. The catalog #387 were used in the 1985-86 time-frame. DM

Sureeeeeeee rub my nose in it some more y don't ya.:(:p:D:D very nice example. Wish I'd would of known they were made that long ago. I just thought they were the stock sheaths from b4 i started with knives and some of the guys who have been around awhile probably had boxes of em. Obviously not the case:confused:, I'm slow sometimes.
