Need help getting a new clip

Hi all,
I have an SOG Trident with a broken black clip. I've used the clip request form on SOG's website multiple times since last December. I get an automated response saying they got my message and to wait a few weeks. Still have not gotten my clip. Has anyone else been having trouble with their online clip request form? What course of action should I take in order to get a new clip?

Yes! I have done it twice but still haven't gotten anything. Maybe try calling them?
 
I sent them an email for a part. Did not get a response, called left a message and got a call back. They gave me free part for one the previous owner had destroyed. I was very happy.
 
One time i emailed them and waited 1 whole year because i had forgotten. I needed a new clip for the flash 2 my uncle carried in Iraq. Remembering is still needed a clip, i filled out the clip form and waited for probably two months. Still nothing. Then i emailed a sog rep directly and within a week found two clips in the mail. I did get one from filling out the clip request form, but it tales quite a while!
 
I still haven't gotten anything from the two requests I made. These requests were years apart. Why have a request form if you don't follow through with the requests?
 
If you have Facebook, go to their page. Complain. I love SOG because they actually talk to their customers via Facebook.

They rarely answer email but call them and request one. They're usually good about sending one.
