Hey all....I’m a new knife maker, only been doing it for a few months or so. Rookie mistake I know but I got some epoxy in the lanyard tube. Didn’t notice it until after I finished the handle. Any suggestions on getting it out?
Thanks a ton!

Depending on what the tube material is, you could drill out most of the epoxy with a smaller drill bit then use something (a sharp brass rod, if appropriate) to pick the remaining epoxy out of the tube.

Is it packed full? Or just some in there?

I get some in them all the time, I just soak a q tip, the long wooden handled ones, with acetone and run it in there, once the epoxy has softened I'll get the rest out with a g10 or copper rod.

Drilling it out can work as well, you just have to be careful.

No use now anymore now but I always put vaseline on the inside of a tube to prefent epoxy adhering when that happens

I usually just run a 3/16 or slightly smaller but through the tube if it’s really packed in. Sometimes just pushing a brass rod or pin punch through the hole pops it right out.
