Need help! how do I remove the stop pin out of a 25?

I saw a few pictures and it does come out. Doesn't seem its screwed. I tried tapping it with a rubber hammer and nothing. Heat. nothing:confused:

The early ones are press fit and non removable. There is no reason to remove it anyway.
 
When I stripped down my 25 I just applied a little pressure and turned it back and forth and it just came right out.
 
ok thanks guys!!!. I wanted to stonewashed my Sebbi. Well, I think I will wrap it (the pin) with a rubber band to protect it from the tumbling media :-)
 
Instead of doing that, you could put clear nail polish on it, and then remove it when finished. Or, do like I did, and just leave it there! It doesn't look bad. But that's just me. Plus, you don't wanna get that thing back in the wrong position. You might not ever get it quite right again..
 
Ok thanks Lonny I'll try the nail polish trick. I didn't even know the consistency of it and how well it would hold
