Need help identify axe

1880 or 1860? The name I deciphered was S.DEL FABBRO with no luck on google. Any help would be appreciated!

S.DEL FABBRO probably means "forged at"
Etymology[edit]
From Latin fabrum, the accusative singular of faber (“artisan, craftsman, forger, smith”), from Proto-Italic *faβros, from Proto-Indo-European *dʰh₂ebʰ- (“to fashion, fit”).

I don't know too much about this pattern, but in Germany it's called Bayerische pattern(sometimes Münchner),and it's not uncommon in the general region.
The maker's mark is on the right side is often seen on Austrian-made tools.
