Need help identify Japanese knife

I could tell you it's good enough to keep from the photo even before blowing up the engraving.
The knife is a Minamoto Yasukuni 源泰邦
The steel is Blue Steel number 2 青二鋼
Would like to see the other side, but at first glance looks like a right handed Yanagi-ba.

Thanks! Here is a picture of the other side.
I feel this is much longer than a regular yanagiba knife. Is this knife/brand of good quality?

It is a Yanagiba. The Tetsu てつ engraving at the bottom is likely the owner's name he had put in.
Have you measured the blade length? Yanagibas usually come in 210, 240, 270, 300mm.
The Minamoto Yasukuni knives are discontinued but they are well sought after on the Japanese auction sites.
