Need help Identifying a custom knife

I inherited a custom skinner knife from my grandfather years ago and I cannot seem to find out who the maker is. I do not want to sell it I just wanted to see if I can determine the maker. The maker mark is 3 backward slanted lines follow by an "f" and upper case "B" or a "3". I'm new to the forum and cant figure out how to attach a photo so sincere apologies for my "newbie" post. Thanks for any help!
