Need help Identifying a Damascus Fixed Blade

Can anyone help me in identifying and determining an approximate value of this knife. all I know is that is a Damascus blade. I am hoping someone may recognize it. Thanks



 
It looks like a cheap Pakistan knife, available on ebay by the thousand.
Your pics are not the best.
