Need help identifying a hatchet

I got this hatchet at a yard sale. Never seen one like it before so I bought it. I haven't been able to find anything online about it.

It says in the center of the hatchet the words "highest quality" Around the words "queen city ridge" And initials that look like "C.H.C"

I wish I could figure out how to post pics. There are some small words closer to the blade that I can't make out. That is most likely the name I need to learn but I just can't quite make it out.

Anyways, I'm try to get pics up or maybe I can get links up that someone can post images from. Thanks everyone!

Oh wow that was almost instant haha. Thanks bud. I've been searching online for a week trying to find something about it.

I do believe aa and t are some of the smaller letters I can see
