Need help identifying a knife

I found this knife in a box of junk, but I have absolutely no idea what it is. It has a Kutmaster tang stamp, and the included can opener is stamped as such. But other than that there's no information on it.







And compared to my Victorinox Recruit.

 
that's a blast from the past my oldest sister had one of those when we were kids. My dad engraved her name on it. when she got married I was 9 years old, she gave it to me. I put white adhesive tape over the scales ( I didn't want the guys to know I was carrying a girlscout knife) Learned to sharpen and pretty near wore it out in the prosess.
 
So I came to be in possession of a girl scout's knife? That's really interesting, I didn't think the girl scouts would ever use knives. I thought that was just for the boy scouts.
