Review Need help identifying a pocket knife

Hello all,

I have this unique pocket knife in which the small blade folds inside the larger blade. I have done many searches but can’t find one like it. Can anyone tell me what this is, where it may be from and perhaps date it? It measures 3.5” inches.

Have no solid information, Never seen a blade layout like that. But the handle appears to be Mediterranean or African to my eye.
