I inherited some old tools from a relative, and among them were two old looking hatchets. I clean up one and it turns out to be a I Blood Ballston NY Broad Axe. The other is this carpenters hatchet. I cleaned it up, but no easy to read markings. It appears as though a name may have been on the head written top to bottom, but not sure. Could you take a look and let me know what you think?
