Need Help Identifying Axe

I recently picked up two axe heads in North Georgia, I haven't been able to identify either. One is a smaller Michigan pattern that was originally painted red, but I cannot find any identifying marks on. The other is a jersey pattern that has a "U" in a modified square stamped into the head near the poll. If any one could help me identify either, it would be much appreciated.

Council Tools NC USA, the stamp is a T inside of a C for Council Tools. For the other head does it happen to have ridges in the eye. Newer Kelly axes had read paint and eye ridges. Aside from that you likly won't have any luck identifying it.
