Need help identifying Benchmade.

Just received this Benchmade and need any info I can be given on it. I know it is against the rules for me to ask for value so I am not asking for that at all. Just any info on the knife would be great. I know it is a Elishewitz. The problem is I see all sort of different models of the Elishewitz. Anyways, any info is appreciated.

I believe that's the Darkstar. Not sure if it's the regular or mini though.

All the Darkstar's I have seen have the star cutout in the handle and the handle shape is a but different.
