Need help identifying Busse and Swamp Rat knives

Hello all,

I was in a Busse collecting mode a few years back and bought a number of Busse and Swamp Rat knives. I had everything documented on my computer but as luck would have it, it crashed and I lost all of my info.

Can you guys help me with the names and possible handle material?

Pic 1: I forgot to number these but I’m pretty sure its a Battle Mistress on top.

Here's what I'm thinking off the top of my head.
Someone else please correct me if I'm wrong on any of these.

Nice collection really like those CBT Hellrazor's been looking for one a good while now , I wish custom shop was still open.
 
I think #2 is a NMFSH - Nuclear Meltdown Fusion Steel Heart (looks like a 9" blade). Beautiful collection of knives and awesome pooch!
 
It looks like dobermaniac is "the MAN." He certainly put some time into it.
Nice pics of super-puppies also, guys.

It could be a NMFSH. If it has an 8" blade, then it might be a:
- FSH if blade thickness is ~ .25" or
- Heavy Heart FSH if blade thickness is ~ .27".

You did a good job! :thumbsup::thumbsup: Here is a little to add:
2 – It might also be a Heavy Heart FSH (slightly thicker at .27" with a saber grind), or might be a NMFSH?
5 – If it is at least .25" thick, then I think it is a Mr. Mojo (preceded the Mofo).
6 & 7 - Both have the old tan blade finish.
 
Yep, #2 is a heavy heart. Saber grind and the logo is in the right place. It looks like standard scales, not magnum. Man, I really like that knife.

#9 and 10 are SAR Rats. Not too many of those around, particularly in solid tan. There were 7 plain tan ones sold at the Washington SAR Conference when they were released and I saw one other a couple months afterward (and that one didn't have a swedge like all the others, I can't tell if yours does in the pic). :thumbsup:

Thanks for the info. I’ll double check on the SAR’s but I don’t think they have a swedge.
 
Quick question on the Leprechaun Wardens. Number 19 seems to be a deeper Green than number 20. Is that normal?
 
Probably normal variation.

Note that the OJ Warden, #18, is one of the skinny ones, at 0.14". Some of us think that is a good thing.

..... I have an all tan one with swedge. Reading this I had to come home and check it. It has a brilliant Armorall sheath to go with it.
