That last line resembles
EVANSVILLE, IND. U.S.A.
(the U in the USA is showing up pretty well)

which would be part of
EVANSVILLE TOOL WORKS
EVANSVILLE, IND. U.S.A.

as stamped on this example (photo found elsewhere online):
