4 dot Case XX #6205R 2 blade one arm barlow.
It appears Handles are clear acrylic with shell chips embedded. Maybe abalone and pearl?
I searched online but can’t find another one like this, and a Case box missing the label.
Any info?

Somebody put those on there. The first digit of 6 should be a jigged bone pattern. Look good though!
Agree.
The first number of a case pattern/model number is the handle material.
"6" is bone. "3" is acrylic or Delrin, "10" is Micarta. The second number is the blade count. (A 65xxx would be something with bone covers and five blades)
Those are the handle materials I have.
Knives are:
a 6375CV (extra large stockman, amber peach seed bone covers, carbon steel blades.)
10375SS (extra large stockman, "Green& Black" Micarta covers, stainless blades.)
3318SS (medium stockman, yellow Delrin or Acrylic covers, stainless blades.)
I don't remember the model number of my Sod Buster Jr. I know it starts with "31". It has a black Delrin cover, and is a single blade.
I also have a tiny Case Carrhart stockman. It starts with "33", has "Staglon" covers. I forget the ending pattern number ... "89"?

6 is either jigged synthetic material, jigged wood laminate or bone
3 is smooth yellow synthetic

Case did and does make Abalone-handled knives, which look very different from what you have there, and are rather expensive compared to their regular handles. They start with 8, like the mother of pearl ones.

That one looks like it was re-handled at some point.

The bolsters look like they've been modified also, unless its some kind of reflection in the pics.

I’m wondering if somebody didn’t buy some blades and use them to make that knife. I would happily carry that either way. It looks pretty danged good.
