need help identifying folding bayonet

I've had no luck finding out what type of folding knife bayonet this is.

Just by the attachment it looks like it could be for an AR but I have no idea. Could you measure the ring?

Is the logo for Microtech knives. Often copied and placed on counterfeit blades. The blade being marked "440 Stainless Knives 2007" translates to bogus knife. It probably came from a flea market or similar place. As to what rifle, couldn't say. Try it on an AR or AK. That's about all the help I can give.

yeah I thought it was a microtech logo but after I tried looking up microtech folding bayonet with no results I suspected it was probably a counterfeit. And also the fact that microtech don't make bayonets. Do you think it genuinely attaches to a gun or that it's just a gimmick to try and sell the knife? It's for sale, not mine but I'll ask them to measure the ring. Also being a counterfeit does that mean it's worthless?
