Need Help Identifying Knife

Hi. I was just going through a box of my grandmother's things and came across this knife. I have no idea whose knife it was in our family or what kind of knife and era it came from. Can anyone help identifying this knife? Is it worth anything? The only markings, other then the N H initials on the knife itself, are F. W. Sheldon & Company Germany stamped on each of the blades.

Well, this question should go over to Mr. Bernard Levine's area.

Looks like the "N" and "H" were added after manufacture, though.

Thank you very much. I just now posted it there. Hopefully I'll find out what exactly it is and where it came from. I don't have anyone in my family with these intials!
