Need help identifying knives

Hello I have two knives here I am trying to find info about. Is this the right spot in the forum for this
 
I think the Bernard Levine's knife collecting and identification located under the Knife Specific Discussion tab in categories would be the best place to check. Also, just in case you didn't know, you can't ask values of knives without a paid membership. Welcome to Blade Forums!
