Need help identifying new knife

Here is a full image of the knife. The only information I have on it is the makers mark which I haven't been able to identify. Second photo is a detail shot of it. Can anyone help?

The handle shape and materials...the floral designs...the damascus (I assume) steel....especially the shape of the handle tho...I think it may well be of middle eastern origin...

There are many similar looking knives on Ebay . Most are hand made ( by many different workers ) in India or Pakistan .
