need help identifying old kitchen knife

I got a old knife that i got at a garage sale for 4 dollars it has a mark on it that shows a lighthouse with a eye over it any ideas would be helpful ill try to find a place to.load pic

Hard to saywithout seeing logo,only thing I can think of with an eye would be an old logo for Taylors Eye Witness.
