Need help Identifying this Gerber Knife?

I have had this knife for a long time. It was my first pocket knife. I still have till this day, I just can not remember what the name of model it is. I tried searching online and no results. Hopefully some kind soul on this forum, can help me out. I would like to buy another one (If I can) because this one has been retired. Thanks for the help!

About when did you buy it new? I could look through some old catalogs and maybe find it, but I need a place to start.
