Need Help Identifying This Knife (pic heavy)

I recently picked this up from a local shop and haven't been able to find anything on it. I figured I'd take a chance because everything looks legit; damascus appears to be genuine, with an anodized titanium liner and damascus bolsters. The only marking are the letters "RML" as you can see in the photos.

Definitely, those dovetailed bolsters with premium fossil ivory would be $250.00+ alone.
