need help! identifying this knife

i bought this knife at a pawn shop the quality of this knife is through the roof. it is made so well i couldn't pass it up. im usually not a fan of GERBER knives. but this knife is different. i tried getting some information on it off the internet spent a few hours looking but found nothing on this knife. if anybody knows anything about this knife please let me know.
