Need help identifying

I have a Utica knife, and have carried it on and off when repairing another EDC knife. Just curious what style it is just for personal record. It is a Utica knife with a wood pattern glass filled nylon grip and a nice stainless steel blade*.


*Not sure if it is stainless or other. Rather a casual knife collector. Sorry.

Drop point blade shape. Modern, one-hand opening. Going to guess it's a liner lock.
Stainless: 420HC or 440A
