Need Help Identifying

Hi. I'm new here and know nothin about knives. However, I am trying to find any info on this knife. I bought it at an antique store, but I don't believe it's very old. My son had it and lost it and I am trying to find one like it to replace it for him. Any help is greatly appreciated!
