Need help IDing clasp knife

[Diamond Cut II]

Hey, all,

Received this from a friend today. It has a spoon, fork, can opener, and a blade. The blade's tang is marked Imperial(crown on the 'i') IRELAND. The scales look to be a cheap plastic, color is black. Thanks for any help.

Imperial knife co. of Rhode Island imported it from Ireland. They're cheaper assortment knives ment for hardware stores, etc.... Pretty recently made.
