Sailor's rope knife, vintage. Reminds me of the lifeboat kit knife from WWII. The founder of Buck Knives bot those by the sack and put his own blade, re-worked old files bot for 1 cent each, and sold them for $5. Today they go for near a grand with the Buck single strike blade that is.
