That's CRKT Stiff Kiss (or something similar).

Yes, Stiff KISS. I have one. Both the tanto and regular blades have the same tanto-outline sheath.

Lightweight, feels pretty good, sheath is decent, but AUS-6 and doesn't take a good edge.
