Got this as a little gift with another much bigger knife I got from a forum member today. 
He didn't know what it was called, and I have never seen it before. I don't recognize the maker's mark either, looks to be a Native American with a headdress inside of an arrowhead, with feathers alongside. It's ~6 3/4" overall, ~3" blade with a light tan, almost gold coating of some sort. G10 scales. Even a Google image search was unsuccessful. 
Cool little Muk design! I might even get my son one, if I can figure out what it is.
