Need Help IDing This SAK

I recently picked up this 58mm Victorinox SAK. It has a similar tool set to the Vagabond, however, the orange peeler is replaced with a divot repair tool. It also has removable pen. I have not been able to find any info about this SAK. The best I was able to do was date it somewhere in the mid 90’s. Did I fall for some kind of weird, elaborate scam? I didn’t pay some obscenely high price for it, so I’m left puzzled. I was hoping some other enthusiast has encountered something similar. My best guess is that, in similar fashion to the pharmacy knife, maybe it wasn’t available to the public and could only be had by a company special ordering it. Either way, I’m stumped on this one.

This configuration looks like a Vagabond modded with a golf divot tool from Golfer/Caddy/Caddy Plus. But the tools all look legit, either it is a mod job or a variant less heard of.
