surely someone knows about the value of this knife please let me know thanx jaxurman

I don't know what the prototype would sell for, but 200 serial numbered Chris Reeve/Al Mar knives were made and the price on those was $500.00.

...and yes I've seen the xxx of 200 going for up to $400 asking price...but I haven't seen one sell for more than $250...

...and because I was looking for the harder to find medium sized one, I passed on both large and small at $200 in the last year...

Also, CRK isn't going to have a freaking clue as to value on a previously sold knife...it was only worth what it went for when it was sold...today's value? Anyone's guess.

The only hope here? A serious collector that has been looking for this exact knife, a collector that expects an increase in value over time, a signed letter from Chris, or a signed letter from Gary or Rianne (AMK)...

$700-$775 for a CRK/AMK prototype sounds pretty high, unless that's your bag.

What's the blade length Jack?

Mel, Mel, Mel . . .

No "freaking clue"?! While he may or may not on this particular knife, or he may or may not tell you. Do you really believe he has no idea what his knives do after they're sold?

You underestimate, Chris, my man!
