Need help in identifying knife and value.

Hi. New to this forum. How do I attach pics? Have an unusual two handled knife with a gut hook. Was advised it's a butterfly knife. Has an Indian profile on one side of blade and stamped Taylor surgical Japan. Cannot find an identical one on the web. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
 
I am not interested in selling this knife. I'm just looking for information on it. In essence, I have to be a paying member to garner opinions and theories as to the origin of this knife?
