Need help: Just paid for Platinum, but....

cannot join permission groups as per your FAQ instructions for paid memberships. I did receive an e-mail confirming my payment.

I'm a newbie and am not sure what to do next to have Platinum show up under my name, etc. Sorry for the inconvenience, but would very much appreciate some help.

How did you pay? If you used paypal it will take a couple of days to process.

My wife used her Amex to pay for it (a gift). And we got an e-mail saying it was accepted. The various pages we filled out had Paypal on them, but we used the Amex card. It was a little confusing. We do not have a paypal account, that much I know.

I don't mind waiting a few days if that is normal.
