Need help looking for new pocket knife

This is what I'm looking for,

Pocket clip,
one handed opening,
flat tip screw driver,
cross tip screw driver,
can opener.

What would you guys recommend as you guys are a lot more in the know that I am.

I think Leatherman makes something that fits that description. But I can't think of any others.
 
Take a look at the one handed treker from victorinox. It has everytihng your looking for and I believe you can get one for about 30.00 or a little less.
 
I think that a OHT with a clip added would be the ticket. I have one that I carry around the house on the weekends when I am working in the yard.
 
That one is much nicer than mine, but basically yes. I will try to get a scan of mine tonight.
 
Here's my OHT with clip added. The previous owner just drilled the scales and liners and attached the clip with small wood screws. Not the fanciest mod, but it serves well enough.
