Need help, new HMT Darrel Ralph Madd Maxx owner

I have just received a like-new assisted Madd Maxx with a bayonet blade. This will be my new edc and I want to make it last as long as possible. What sort of preventative maintenance do I need to apply to help give this knife a long knife? Are extra springs available for the assist? Where, how, and what lube do I use to I lube the pivot pin , and do I need to lube the lock with graphite? Is it easy to reassemble the knife if you take it apart completely? Thank you all!
