need help on a knife i have

i recently accuired what i believe to be a benchmade emissary the box was black the knife is gray and the blade is gray just like the handle it bares the butterfly logo with 470 stamped below the butterfly it also is a liner lock not the axis lock and the hardwear is all black with the screws that hold the blade to the frame have a star on them with lines between the star points and astar key in the middle. if anyone has any ideas on what i have it would be appreciated i have tried to look this up and have found nothing on the benchmade site or anywhere else thanks.

Strange. If I had to guess, I'd say it was a counterfeit 470. Pictures would be invaluable in identifying this thing. (Also for future reference questions like this should probably be posted in the "Bernard Levine's Knife Collecting & Identification" sub-forum.)

The Benchmade Emissary uses their AXIS lock, which is also copied, but not on this knife. Right now.
