need help on Barry wood knife

I was given a Barry Wood knife, but am not sure which kind/variation it is.

It is marked on the blade:

Barry B. Wood
Maker
Venice California

And on the other side is:

US PAT 3702501

I've been trying to find this one on the net, but just keep coming up with ones that are marked differently.....any info would be appreciated
