I am in the market for a new knife and know pretty much what I want but cannot seem to find it.I am looking for a four inch folding lockblade mostlikely a traditonal style knife like the uncle henry 127uh or the case folders. I like natural handles like stag/bone or good wood. A flat ground blade that sharpens well and holds a edge VERY well so maybe ATS-34 or BG-42.This would be a single blade knife. The knives I have now just do not hold an edge like they should. The best I have now for holding an edge is a CRKT with most likely a AUS-6 or 8 blade but it is one of the thumb opening types with a pocket clip and plastic handles which I just cant warm up to.I have been carrying a big case two blade non locking one but the steel is crap. Thanks for any help.

The AG Russell Pocket Sized Lockback uses 154-CM steel and is available in jigged bone. It's closed length is 3-1/8".

AG's Swing Guard knife is also a lockback, made with 440C steel, and it's closed length is 4-5/16". These are made in Germany - I have one of these and the quality is perfect.

That Queen knife looks like a winner too.

Happy shopping,
-Bob
