Hello all!

I have a chance to possibly buy a small new model plain sebenza for 200.00. I have handled one at a show, and fell in love with it.....

A couple of questions for you in the know. How good of a deal is this? it is unsharpened, but carried, and has not done serious cutting.

Second, maybe a dumb question. Does the sebenza have a pocket clip? If not, do you carry them in a sheath?

Thanks for your help, I look forward to hearing your replys.

That price is even cheaper than dealer cost on a new one. Plus, for $30, you can send it in to Chris Reeve for a total refurbishing to make it look brand new again. They will re-sharpen for free. Not bad for a knife that will last as long as you do.

$200 , it is a dam good deal. I just sold me Small sebbie for $200 as I have a large and carry it every day now. It does have a clip .
The small was very comfortable in the pocket , the large was a tad large for my pocket so I got Gary Graley ( G2 ) to make me a sheath for it , well acutally 2 sheaths for it. I for horizontal carry and 1 for vertical carry.
I think you will not regret buying a Sebenza !

That's a great deal. Go for it, don't let it get away. Once you get it, don't be in a hurry to send it in for refurbishing, either. The scuff marks on the titanium handles will soon even out, making a kind of random pattern like the stonewash finish on the blade. Be sure to read the Unofficial Sebenza FAQ by stjames.

BUY IT NOW!!!
That is a great deal. I know, I own several including the small that the45guy sold,(Thanks man:) )

It really is worth it.

Yes! Bought it last night, $210 = 200+3% paypal + priority shipping with tracking/insurance. I'm pretty pysched. I've been wanting one for awhile, but have been waiting for the right deal, and I believe I found it. I'll give a full report when I get it on what I think. Thank you for your reply's fellas!

There is currently an ebay listing for a new small plain Sebenza (Item # 742316726) starting at $245 with a $255 with Buy It Now option. While it isn't $200, it's a pretty darn good deal for a new Sebbie. Check it out.

P.S. I just saw a similar opportunity for a new Mnandi (Item # 742305826).
