Need help picking a single strap pack please

Hello, I Need some help.
I am going to have to get shouldr surgery soon. Unfortunately it is right before a pre planned get away. Not long but a few long day hikes are set up.
I will not be able to wear a regular backpack.
I have a jumbo and mongo versipack but am looking for something bigger, better with a water bladder maybe.
Can you recommend some guys and gals?

The Sitka is the pack I carry, it has one strap, a place for a bladder, and plenty or room for a day hike.

I use a Malaga for day hikes. Easy to switch from one shoulder to the next. Plenty of options for strapping on more storage.
