Need help picking out a knife please!

Hey guys,

So basically im looking for a knife that has the following specifications and was wondering if anyone could help:
1) IKBS system
2) Frame lock-Titanium is alright
3) Wharncliffe style blade (really would prefer this shape..but willing to entertain something else)

Tip down is preferred..but not a "deal breaker".

budget is around 300-500.
