Need help posting pictures

Please help. I am on Photobucket and can't seem to be able to post pictures on threads. I've done it successfully on other forums. Which link/choice do I use?
and is it a direct cut and paste or use the Insert Image button. Any help is much appreciated.

copy the link & paste it directly in your post

i fixed the links in your other thread
