Need help removing stuck Shirogorov pivot screw

Hello,

I am having a hard time loosening or tightening the pivot screw in my Shirogorov Hati. When I move the male side in either direction the female side moves along with it. Initially I thought the previous owner had applied Loctite, but I have heated the screw and still nothing. Any ideas on how I could get enough traction on the female side without damaging it?
I have tried everything I could think of, but it is completely flat and seems impossible to get a grip on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The knife is currently off center due to the pivot not being fully screwed in. Ideally I would like to remove it, service the knife, and be able to tighten the pivot all the way.

You have to find some way to put pressure on the back/smooth side OR on the blade to get some pressure on the pivot itself to lock it in place so the male screw will come out.

Thanks for the answer Josh, I was actually about to give up and was going to give you a call. That is exactly the answer I needed. Unfortunately, I don't have the equipment. Can I give you a call?

Take out the back stand off screw. the standoff is flat and doesn't sit into any recess.. Then open up the blade halfway and wiggle the handle from the back end up and down gently.
See if that help loosen up the front pivot, Did that with a few other knives when I was stuck trying to open them.

I have not seen any Shiro with loctite on the screw threads (direct from factory)
But have had one where a bit of rubbery glue was applied to underside of screw head to add a tad of friction on tightening. Don't think that's how it came out of factory though.

Thanks for the reply! I tried this and it didn't work. It's a shame because otherwise the knife is in great condition. I ended up sending the knife to Josh, hopefully he will have better luck.

It was a pleasure working with you bud... Got it out and replaced with new screw. Hope you enjoy!

What was the solution here? I'm having the same problem, looks like the post with the answer was deleted.
Does Shirogorov use any type of threadlocker on their pivots? That picture is showing some kind of goop gunk in there:\
Mine is brand new, and can't get the darn thing to unscrew. The opposite smooth side of the pivot sure looks nice, but is totally useless when trying to remove a tight screw:D
