Hello all,

I purchased my first Emerson (a CQC-8) about a month ago. I am a big fan of the wave, the blade style, and the Ergos are out of this world.

However, I am not happy with the liner lock, and I'd like to have a framelock conversion done. I'd also like the other G10 scale to be replaced with a Carbon Fiber one. On top of that, I'd like the hardware to be switched out with anodized titanium, and have the blade stripped, and acid washed. I pretty much want the whole thing reworked.

I'm not bashing the knife at all. I love it. I just want it to be modified more to my style. I'm just looking for information on individuals, or companies who can undertake the job.

Welcome to the Emerson sub-forum Devil Dog. I'll suggest Nathawut, he can take care of most of what you want. Ive never seen him work with carbon fiber but that doesn't mean that he doesn't. He should be able to take care of you. He's here in the forum, just look him up
