Need help switching to Platinum

I have paid my $50 and want to switch to Platinum category. I've tried the group membership link but there is no choice there. Please help. I'd like to add an avatar and categoty.

You might want to start your own thread about this, Don, as this thread is for members who wish their platinum membership switched to knifemaker and Spark may not see it as readily as if you started your own thread. Once you've done that maybe i can help you better

Don, when did you pay, and how? By PayPal or credit card?
PayPal has to be entered manually at this end, credit cards upgrade you automatically.
