How do I? Need Help to upgrade MANUFACTURERS merbership

Hi, someone know how to cantact Spark? I had paid the KnifeMaker subscription for 3 years, but we are the Manufacturer, how we can get the Manufacturer profile and add the hosted forum, thank you!
 
The hosted forum is an option for Knifemakers. The Manufacturer forum is a different section. Unfortunately, it seems the Contact Us button isn't always a good means of making things happen; but the only person that can hook you up is Spark, and he's already been tagged. (No idea how often he checks the site.)
Sometimes it seems that the moderators get a better response, in that regard; so maybe rycen rycen will do the honors when he sees this.
 
I have other issues on my plate right now, I'll circle back to this when I can

This is something I wish Spark would delegate out. The long wait is not uncommon. I think I had to wait 4 months and only got thru by calling him. A different knifemaker gave me his phone number who had been waiting and got the phone number from yet a different knifemaker that was waiting.

It's not a friendly process as it is. I'm sure there are valid reasons it hasn't been delegated yet, but it would be very nice if it was able to be addressed.
