Need help using EdgePro Professional

I got the EdgePro Professional - the whole magilla. Stone upgrade, carrying case, video, etc. If it's available, I got it.

I researched it here and elsewhere. Everyone swears that if God Himself needed a sharpening system, He'd get the EdgePro.

There must be something terribly wrong with my technique, because it doesn't sharpen that well for me.

Is there anyone in So.CA who could provide me with some hands-on training?

I will be in S. E. Nebraska between 06/12 and 06/19 if there's someone out that way, too.

Having tried the the edgepro for the passaround, my only comment is your still need plenty of practice. While intellectually I can see how well it would work, I would probably have to sharpen a pile of knives to get the technique down.
